With thanks to Frank Psaila for offering up his second room, Jennie and I will be attending. Sadly my '65's still down for the season, so we're taking a DD and joining you folks for the ride down and events.

It's been a few years since Jennie and I did Woodward, so looking forward to sharing the fun with you folks we've not even had the chance to see this year.

***** - I'm sending you a PM for those details now..
Thanks!

Well it is T minus 5 days and counting before we made another adventure down in the big "D" at the Woodward Dream cruise-I have had very little seat time this year in the car as for weddings, showers and buck and does--not many car shows this year and the car has basically been in the garage most of the summer---thanx to those who offered up their rooms so someone else can make the adventure. Generally we have HT radio's (Walkie Talkies) tuned to channel 5.0--just easier on the way down for washroom break etc. We usually stop at Famous Dave's Bar-B-Q on Little Mack in Roseville for a lunch break before heading over to Woodward and staking our tent on our spot for Saturday---everyone seems to like Famous Dave's for lunch. We usually get togeather Saturday evening in the Courtyard of the Hotel for a Bar-B-Q---everyone throws in $15 and we Bar-B-Q up some steaks, Burgs and Dogs with Potatoe salad and Coleslaw--just so we don't have to drive around restaurant hunting etc. Let me know if this is OK with everyone---anyone needing an agenda let me know I have them in PDF and can mail to you once I have your email address. We will see everyone at the EnRoute at Cambridge at 8:00 am this coming Friday---be safe my friends and see you soon!!!!

Plans look great, specially for the Sat night BBQ.
I'll be glad to help with the grillin' but if there's already 'nuf hands at the grill, I can mix some damned fine margaritas.

FWIW we usually stop in at the closest Costco and pick up our wines, cheese etc. I've no issue nabbing some steaks too. Having the DD will come in handy for errands no doubt!

Shaping up to be another awesome event with some great folks!!!! This is probably the event I look forward too the most during summer---Detroit--Motown--Automobile city--hot summer nights--and the worlds biggest Cruise its like a rolling museum that you sit and watch roll by!!! REMEMBER PASSPORTS!!! Lawn chairs and something cool to drink during the heat of the day--I am bringing my 10' X 10' tent for shade from the sun--or rain if need be. Hey Paul there is a Costco just near the hotel--Myself and Richard found it last year by mistake (in our favour)

Excellent! We hit Costco for gas while there, too. Costco's gas prices are almost as low as duty-free gas at the Ambassador bridge (our preferred trek.)

I wanted to personally thank Richard and Bonnie for all the help on the Saturday Bar-B-Q night. Also Ed who stepped in and was the cook that evening. Vicki and all the Haney Ladies and Steve and Joe for the awesome Speducci both evenings!! Thanx Lorenzo for the excellent tomatoes from his garden and of course Paul and Jennie for the awesome Margeritta's both at Woodward and later Saturday evening at the Bar-B-Q. Another Woodward Dream Cruise in the books!!!
