Thanks for sharing - some interesting routes for sure.
I like the one that heads up thru the Kawarthas - Ottawa - Algonquin Park.
Thing is I'm not up to a 1,000 Km - 2 day pilgrimage & know I'd get hung up at a few of the interesting stops enroute.
But more power to anyone who is!

I thought I would pass on some additional detail for anyone interested.

This is a Time Sensitive Rally ( TSR ) The purpose is to merely get out and see if you can complete the loop in the time-frame given. I have personally driven and ridden all of these roads. There is no gravel! Unless construction takes place which I am not aware of everyone can feel confident about good road conditions. If I find out about it - I will change the route to avoid up to the week before.

You will have 12 hours to complete the grueling 500 mile loop. Or 36 Hours to complete the 1000 Mile. The largest benefit to considering the 1000 is of course you have an overnight opportunity here to relax grab a nice meal prior to heading back into the loop in the morning.

The rally course is set up so that you start at your closest dealership / business as shown on the present website. You choose where to start, this will also be your exit to complete.

Think of the Cannonball Rally as a poker run. You are given a selection of stops where you grab a business card and move on to the next and so on. When you exit on either Saturday night or Sunday night fill your tank and keep the receipt. This is how your final time is calculated.

You are on your own, you decide when and where you start. You must finish where you started to complete the rally loop within the given time. We assume no liability whatsoever before, during or after the rally.
