Default Parts Purchases in Canada

I am starting a fairly extensive rebuild of a 71 C-3 Convertible and will be needing every bushing seal etc... etc...from bumper to bumper...this is just the start. For those of you who have done it, any suggestions as to where I can go for parts considering, cost, availability delivery etc...etc.. I have no problem buying US but would prefer Canada if the price and selection are good. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm not sure exactly where you live in Canada, but I did a restoration recently and towards the end I got the remaining parts from Northern Corvette He was competitive with the US. pricing and I took a drive to the St. Catherines/Niagara Falls are for pick up.

Even if you buy Canadian, check the prices against Rock Auto. Even delivered and duty is better than some of the local stores around me.

I purchased a radiator and numerous small parts from http://www.corvettedepot.ca/

I thought the prices for the parts I bought were competitive and shipping charges were decent considering the parts were shipped from Ontario to northern BC.

Default Vette Parts in Canada

I, also, would suggest James at Northern Corvette...he has a lot, and can obtain most Vette parts that one would need, from C1 to C6... Prices are reasonable..
He is now located in Welland ONTARIO,Ph 905 932-7130

+1 for James at Northern Corvette. Distributor for Corvette America when I bout some small parts from him.

Speed direct as well. Delivered to my door.

When I bought parts the dollar was near or over par with the US dollar, so pricing variances will be different now.

Corvette dental used to run "free shipping" deals to Canada, but haven't seen one in quite awhile now, couple years or so.

I would recommend contacting James at Northern Corvertte 905-932-7130, james@notherncorvette.com I purchased parts from him when re doing my C3. He can get you new but may also have used parts for almost all your needs.

The free shipping deal is on right now,so act quick, they only seem to offer it once or twice a year anymore. Nevermind,it ended last night at midnite.

Stopped in to Northern Corvette this morning and spoke to James. I am getting a list together for him and myself. He has what I would call a huge selection of used parts. It's worth a visit if you are looking for something specific. And as others have mentioned he also can supply new parts. I am lucky I am only about a 20 minute drive from their shop.

Thanks everyone for your input

we offer free shipping a bunch of time throughout the year and our prices are the same as Corvette Central, and sometimes cheaper. For Canada Day we will do free shipping until July 14 for all order over $199 excluding freight items!
