Default importing a body
a friend is wanting to import a skeleton body from the US to Can. is anything special required ?
does it need a VIN ?

If it's for parts, it is just like everything else you bring in to Canada. Declare it and pay the tax (if applicable)

If it has a VIN and a title and it will one day be registered in Canada he would have to follow the RIV process for importing vehicles/ reporting to US Customs.
