This deal is pretty killer! 2017 Grand Sport, 2LT, A8, 8579km, in Torch Red with Gray interior (same rare combo as my ordered C7!) for only $71,995!
Just thought I'd pass along this deal I spotted, I have no affiliation at all with the seller.

Dammit Patman.... It's perfect, BUT then I saw it's Auto. Can't do automatic, yes, I know it's faster, but I cannot drive an auto. This would be pretty much the only car I may be willing to trade mine in for too.

That's too bad Corrado, but I know how you feel. I have mixed feelings about getting the A8 in my C7, I know I'm going to miss the manual sometimes.

Actually the C7 has one of the highest uptakes on manuals for modern cars. Latest numbers I saw, something like 30% of the cars leaving BG are manuals. I would hold out as well Corrado, the rev match feature is worth the price of admission. Off ramps still put a smile on face every time.

I can imagine Joe! Trouble is, I still LOVE my car, rock solid, not sick of it at all, and best of all, it's paid for. But I also LOVE the C7 too. First world problems for sure, I still consider myself lucky to have a Vette at all!
The listed GrandSport in this post is a Great Deal! Some lucky person should buy it fast!!

I realize you can rarely buy a lot car optioned that way you want it, but a 2LT Grand Sport with an auto and black wheels is $85k MSRP. Figure on 10K off MSRP for a 2017, and if you could find it, that car would be $75K brand new. That said, given the difficulty of finding a lightly optioned car, seems like a fair price, IMO.

I don't know of any dealers that are knocking off 10k on new 2017s though, even though they should be now that the 2018s have been out for quite a while.

Our local GTA dealers are all greedy and too competitive.

$10k off on a $114k Z would be easier to find than 10k off on an 85k GS though, which is the subject in question here.
I agree about the GTA dealers being more greedy, that's why I drove to St Catharines to order mine.
