The gain in rwhp depends on the cams profile. The longer the duration and the higher the lift means more power. You will probably need to change your springs and lifters also the more radical you go. A good set of heads and headers along with a tune will really get the maximum power out of your car. Automatic cars will dyno less then Manual cars as there is less power loss in manual cars.

Melting Slicks
Cam would provide 25-30 rwhp depending on profile. Combine that with cold air intake and a set of headers to really extract all the potential and things start adding up.
Best bang for the buck would be a supercharger. Huge increase in power with stock cam and no driveability issues. Can be installed in 1 day. Easily reversible and complete kit can then be sold if you desire.
This is my opinion of course...might be a little bias😀
