I see that you're using Accuweather for your forecast but mine above shows no rain and now the Weather Network also agrees and says mainly sunny with only 20% chance of rain. And now the Weather Channel in the US says only 10% chance of rain for Niagara Falls. Accuweather, despite their name, is not usually very accurate. But it's also possible they haven't updated their forecast with the latest models like the others already have, and tomorrow morning their forecast will fall in line with the others.
