Niagara Run...Post your pics inside...
Turned out to be a great day after all. Thanks to everyone who joined to make it that much more memorable!
Happy birthday again Gary S!
We had a couple of minor distractions with the Charity ride happening along the route but managed to make it to the meeting points as a bunch! The second officer was so unnerving that someone had to make a quick detour (not naming names...John). Was funny listening to the officer ask dispatch 6x if any of the "vettes" needed special attention. All she kept saying was tell them to follow the rules of the road - good thing our directions stated that cause all were well behaved...well....you do whatcha gotta do when in that long a tunnel...
Got in my cross border detour and made it back in time for lunch!
The run up Lakeshore Road and through Port Dalhousie was pretty nice...a possible HDR destination on a clear night for a great view of the Toronto skyline?
Max, think you will be the most popular guy on our return...
Hope everyone enjoyed the day and made it home safely.
Thanks to the radio crew (especially Frank's co-pilot who did a marvellous job) for keeping the large group together. I counted 37 cars at our rest stop.
And special thanks to Bruce and Al (this was their cruise, I was a helper); along with Jeff, Richard and Mike J and others for the constant feedback over the radio; and Richard and Bonnie for picking up the group into Niagara-on-the-Lake while I popped over the border. Gas was $3.23/gallon for 93 on the other side!
Only got a couple of snaps, but here they are. Looking forward to the pics to come...
Finally, a good run requires everyone helping out and working as a team all the way through it...it was another good run thanks to all of you...till the next one...

Thanks to all who put this day together and made it work. Lots of fun even under the watchful eye of the law.
My ears are still ringing from the tunnel.
Lunch was great, service excellent.
