Do you mean the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S? I have these now on my C7 Z51 and find the wear much better than the original Pilot Super Sports, by as much as 25%. I have a track alignment and go to 6-8 HPDE days per year and so far they still lasted through that. The HPDE days were sometimes in the rain this year so the wear was less but the traction in the rain was only fair. I use the stock sizes on 19 and 20 inch factory rims.

I put a pair of Sport 4S on my rear wheels. Glad to hear your experience. These are a quiet tire as well and are pretty gummy for a street tire - impressed so far. Have not had a chance to push them in the rain but for street driving am sure they will be fine. Am trying to bridge to my next complete set (got my eyes on Bridgestone RE-71R's).

Re71r's wear very quickly and are loud compared to the michelins. For the marginal if any performance gain, I would go ps4s over he bridgestone any day.

Good to know - thanks. The RE71R are also quite heavy (based on a pick it up test lol) compared to the 4S and a very stiff sidewall. I am running a 10 inch rim and was able to get 305s on using the Michelins with a little bit of bulging whereas the Bridgestones kept popping of the beads. Was planning on going to a wider rim eventually and will keep your observations in mind. Replaced the Nitto Invos and find the 4S an improvement overall.
