Interior - Door panels/Dash Leather?

Interior - Door panels/Dash Leather?
I'm looking for some guidance on cleaning/protecting the interior of my 90 coupe. I know the seats, steering wheel and shifter ****/boot are leather, but what about the soft/textured coverings of the door panels? Dash? I can't determine if it's leather or vinyl. Don't want to use the wrong stuff.

Most likely if they are stock, then they are vinyl. I would recommend either Zaino Z10(Leather Conditioner, it works on vinyl too 
) or else 303 Aerospace protectant. As for cleaning i just use a damp, soapy 100% cotton cloth.
