Dummy on board Zaino Help!!!!
1. Last night washed the vette 2 times with Dawn Squeaky clean.
2. This morning clay barred with Z7 in a spray bottle as a lube ok ok now it's really squeaky clean. (claybar is real cool)
3. After the clay bar I washed the vette with Z7 and dried. This vette is now the cleanest vette in the world.
4. Applied Z1 with the applicator this stuff goes on great when I was done I grabed the Z2 and put a coat of it right over the top of the Z1.
While the Zaino was drying. I logged on to Zaino's Web site and started reading the tips & FAQ section and I noticed that I should have put on 1-3 coats of Z5 before I put on the Z2. :( :eek:WTF!
What now can I just start putting Z5 right on top of Z2 to fill in all the scratches and swirl marks??
I guess I should have read ALL of the instructions first :cry :cry

Re: Dummy on board Zaino Help!!!! (RHILL)
you did everything RIGHT. DO not put a few coats of Z5 over the Z2. What they meant is you can use the Z5 over the Z1 or Z2, but first do as you did, when dry buff off the Z1/2, mist a coat of Z6, wait 24 hours, than you can try a coat of Z5 or another of Z2. I found on my car Z5 seems to shine better than Z2, so that's what I use. Make sure you let the Zaino dry, and use THIN coats.

Since you have a light color car you may not even need Z-5 at this point, but relax you can switch back and forth between Z-2 and Z-5 as needed.
