Detailers in Tampa Bay Area
Can anyone recommend a reputable detailer in the Tampa Bay area?
I am in Saint Petersburg. Any in this area?
Thank you in advance.

Thanks for the compliment Todd, but I'm not a pro detailer, just an avid hobbyist. I work in the Radiology field for a living.
To the original poster -
You may want to also post this in the regional forums as there are more than a few members from our area.
You can also check out these local vette clubs for info.

Zane Oliver (ZaneO) has a pretty good list of detailers from all over the country so he may be able to help with a few names also.

Your very welcome for the compliment, in my orginal post I stated that your are not a pro, but then I took that out because your work it better then 99 percent of the "pro's" I see.
01C5Couple, I'm a pretty good "pro" detailer in Orlando, but I ocassionaly travel to Largo (though not in a long time). I might be able to help you out, but I haven't been out that way in a long time and I'm not sure when the next time I'm heading out there (though Mrosa does owe my a pizza w/ beer).

Coming from you I take the compliments highly.
01C5 - It would be worth having Todd make the trip over and paying him to detail your car, he does OUTSTANDING work.
If you have him come over from Orlando, I'll even spring for the beer and pizza for all of us.

I am new to the Corvette world and am not sure if I need scratch or swirl removal.
My car is white and if possible, I would like something done that will enhance the color.
I don't have time to detail the car and mostly looking for a quality detailer where I can have the car cleaned, waxed, and maintained on a
regular basis.
Thanks again.

I'll ask my brother who he uses as he gets his cars detailed on a weekly basis. I've seen this guys work and it looks pretty good. I've NOT seen his buffer/scratch remover work since my brothers cars are all less than 1 year old.

Sorry for the delayed response. After speaking with my brother tonight, and asking for his detailers info, he mentioned that he's also in the market for a new person. While his work was very good, I was told that his reliability in the last few months has been very below par.
I wouldn't want to suggest you use him and have some bad dealings. I'll keep asking around for someone who does great work and is reliable.

I'll be out in Tampa more often as I just spoke with George Stienbrener (yes THE George Steinbrener) and I landed the mother load, I will be detailing all his vehicles (possibly his airplane), his sons cars (of which include a Ferrari 250 GTO!!!!!!!!!!)..
Also included in the deal is Johny Damon, who lives in Orlando and would like his cars detailed....
Although I won't be able to start for about 3 months, I promise I'll keep you lots of pictures..
P.S., I'm a cubs fan but I'll make due, as part of the deal is Mr. Stienbrener is sending my 2 1/2 yearold son a bunch of signed Yankee stuff...

Make sure you don't forget the regular folks when you're hanging out with George.
Hey congrats on the deal, sounds like you'll be keeping busy.

Congrats on obtaining George's account.
Does this mean you can do additional cars while you are in the Tampa Bay area?
