I like Dirtex, you can get it at Lowes, always worked great on my chromed C5 wheels.
Very easy to use, after washing, just spray on and wipe off with MF towel, leaves them squeeky clean.

I find that a wheel with a good sealant will clean up with carwash soap very easy.
Have been apply Zaino AIO and Clear Seal on a few friends wheels. I am being told that they clean up very nice.
