Default Treatment for new wheels

I have a new set of CCW high-polish wheels on the way, i'm sure they will need something done to them for protection before they are ran, tires are on and have already been balanced, what is the best thing to do with them now?? thanks for the advice jon c

If they are high-polished, uncoated then its time to think a good regimine. I use:

1. P21S Wheel Cleaner ONLY -- very safe, most arent and will discolor or etch Aluminum.

2. Metal Polish -- A Mothers Powerball Mini and a good metal polish is a must. I like Simichrome, English Custom Polishes, and our new Wolfgang metal polish.

3. Wheel Sealant -- get Poorboys or DP Wheel Sealant and use it religiously. Most time you can wash with water and car soap after its use. Reapply monthly as possible.

I use Zaino on all my wheels and brake dust NEVER sticks and they clean up super easy with just soap and water.
