Has anyone tried Simoniz Liquid Diamond spray?

It is a clear spray that you apply to your car and let dry, no rubbing off. The instructions are very close to Zaino Clear Seal. It can be applied to paint, plastic trim, etc.

I did a search on it and it seems most folks like it. I am wondering if it is a copy or rip-off of Clear Seal?

Just saw the TV ad today.
Hawked on TV by ad guy Billy Mays.

"Order now and receive a GIANT SIZE 32 oz. bottle of Liquid Diamond with the battery operated power sprayer for $19.95 plus $7.95 P&H. As an added bonus, you’ll receive a setup of 3 Water Activated Wash Mitts, and [B]1 ZwipesTM Micro-Fiber Polishing Mitt absolutely FREE! PLUS you'll get the Simoniz Turbo Vac, just pay P&H.'

No way it's even close to ZCS,IMO.

Not even close, it not clear in the bottle, and does not dry clear, needed some buffing to make it look good, and does not offer good durability.

I haven't seen the ad but I'll have to ask my brother if he has any. He's friends with Billy Mays and used to get a lot of products for free to try out. He had like a years supply of oxyclean.
