I placed an order from Griot's Garage a couple of weeks ago. Last night, I was playing with my bottle of Speed Shine, when I noticed a leak from the bottle where the sprayer attached. I shot an email this morning to their customer service department, and with no questions asked, I got a response saying that a replacement bottle was on it's way.

Always appreciate being taken care of...thanks, Griot's.

I'm glad to hear that. I think their products are some of the best...particularly Speed Shine and Best of Show Wax. I haven't had any need to complain about anything but it's good to know they take care of their customers after the sale.

I got this kit for xmas. I have only tried the Speed Shine. I haven't had a chance to try the rest of this sample kit.

I had a similar experience with a bottle of Car Wash. I broke the cap on it by pulling up too hard. I called them to see if I could get a replacement empty bottle (I love the pop top bottles with measuring scale on the side) and they said they didn't have any but they insisted on sending me a new bottle of Car Wash even though this was due to my negligence.

So, Zane, I take it you like the Speed Shine?

You know, I just finished using it again, and I don't know what my take is yet. It doesn't blow me away with sealants, but I'll keep playing with it - need to use it on carnauba.

I think that's the thing I like about Speed Shine. It doesn't take away from or add to the LSP. I like that it lets the LSP shine through and it cleans really well in my experience, plus I have never got streaking.

Then again I'm the guy who doesn't care for FK 425 and Clearkote Quik Shine....

I agree that Griots has outstanding customer service. Don't forget to try their Spray on Wax....works great !!!!
