Were taking a long trip in a couple weeks and I'd like to have some great protection from bugs. We'll be putting around a 1000 miles on our car this trip and I know my bumper will end up like this again.
As of now my car will have a fresh coat of NXT 2.0 with a Pinnacle Souveran Paste topper.
you can use PAM non-stick spray on front as wanted. Bugs and their carcasses should be removed immediately as possible. I keep several clean MF towels and a spray bottle of Poorboys Bug Squash in the rear cubbie in ziplock bag. You can use a travel size hair spray bottle.
for temporary protection, i have used clear grocery store saran (plastic) wrap, forms pretty well and clings to body, use blue painters tape for the edges, comes right off when you arrive at destination, take the wrap and tape with you to put back on for the return trip
i have rejex on my z06 and they still are a pain to get off, so i carry along a can of the bug and tar remover and let it sit for a few minutes before starting to wash my car
