Mike I need your advice, month ago sold my 03z06 electron blue with 20k miles, super easy to polish and wax keep it looking almost a 10!!

I just picked up a black 01 z06 with 60k miles tx car seems to have been garage most its life.
I'm gonna wet sand with 3k disc the whole car with a da, don' think I wanna go any lower.
I've got a da for polishing and I want your advice on what Maguires prof lineup to go with after the sanding. And what pads do you recommend. I was just gonna use a foam cut, polish, wax pad.

start with m04 or m105
I don't know what will be best and easiest to work with
thanks
jason

Default Swirl Marks

I have a 2008 Atomic Orange that has some light swirl marks that I'd like to remove in preparation for ceramic coating it. I have already clay bar-ed it. I'm looking for a good way to remove swirl marks that is the least aggressive and would like to know what you recommend in terms of polish, pad, and what type of buffer. I want to remove the least amount of clear coat I have to in order to remove the swirls, but I want something that works in a single step if possible.

I saw a product called VSS scratch remover that looked interesting. Anyone know anything about this? Or how about 3m Finnese products?

Can a ceramic spray be used over carnuba wax? Any recommendations for a good ceramic spray? I have a black car that has been waxed with Zymol and I've been reading about ceramic sprays and want to try one unless I have to strip the Zymol off first.

Default Need HELP

I applied Blackfire ceramic black edition. I forgot to remove it from the lip of the trunk lid. I did not notice it until 2 days later. It is now a gigantic high spot. I tried to polish off with Griot's boss correcting cream on an orange pad and tried claying it but I cannot remove it. Any suggestions on how to remove

I had a local detail shop apply Jade Quarts Ceramic on my C8 5 days ago. I got it home today and noticed a 4by3 inch spot on the right side of the hood. It will not rub out and is under the ceramic. How can this be corrected? Thank you

Out of respect for a former employer, I might suggest visiting their website or their forum for questions and current needs.

I will be happy to try and assist off-line thru PM, but would prefer not to offer specific products out of respect for them. Any house brand questions (Pinnacle, Wolfgang, Blackfire ) is best answered by them directly.

There is MORE than enough expertise on this forum to answer ANY related detail ?'s
Just post them up in the detail / car car section below the stickys and you will get an answer
Now if anyone needs info as to what AG is offering for sale or such- then you can go to AGO for them
