What product or procedure can be used to take the shine (glaze) off the leather steering wheel? I've cleaned it but would like to bring the original matte finish back.

Look for a vinyl or leather cleaner as possible, and in a pinch use a damp towel with a little APC (All Purpose Cleaner). After wiping down allow to dry. Then consider using a protectant on leather like Einszett Cockpit Premium which looks fresh and natural and new, with no gloss or matte coloring. It also doesnt take on a greasy appearance and includes some UV protection.
