Kudos to Autogeek
Just want to post a positive comment for a great forum vendor.
- I ordered a PC buffer with numerous pads, one pad does not want to stay on the buffer (velcro material seems different on this pad).
- Sent an email to Autogeek customer service on Mon.
- Tues I get an order confirmation that replacement pad is on the way.
- Wed pad is scheduled for delivery by UPS.
What better customer service could you ask for? I will continue to use Autogeek for all my auto detailing any other supplies when possible, and urge all forum members to support this fantastic FL company

The customer service at AutoGeek is beyond fantastic. They are a great operation and have received quite a bit of repeat business from me.
That said, I have also ordered from several of the other vendors on here and have yet to be disappointed by any of them.

They are way cool... EXCEPT every time I order it seems like I just miss the NEXT BIG special! LOL! Always miss a free sample with my order cause I click so quick like a kid in a candy store!

I can only promise to place the sales and special offers here as quickly as received. The samples are a sure fire hit. Next time ask for two in comments and explain you missed on last order.

Received an order last Weds. Order was missing a few MF cloths.
I called and spoke to Nicole(??).....by end of conversation she had processed an order to ship the missing items. No questions asked.
