PH BH topped with Souveran
I had picked up some Poorboy's Black Hole a few weeks back and finally got a chance to use it. The car had some small imperfections, which I haven't had the chance to correct, so I figured I'd try some BH in the mean time. I found it very easy to work with, removal was very easy, I actually applied it to the entire car before going back around to remove it. It did mask what little imperfections did exist, so I'm very pleased. Being a glaze, I then topped it with some Souveran. I've had the Souveran for almost 6 months and have been waiting to try it out. Application as expected was wonderful, easy on, easy off. This is the best looking wax I've ever used, the car absolutely glows.
I know this combo won't be durable, but I'm very pleased with the look, not too shabby for 94k miles.

Souveran is simply the best choice in carnauba waxes for black cars. Nice work indeed !
You can enhance the durability of Souveran by using Pinnacles Wash and Souveran Spray Wax between sessions as desired.

Thanks! Keep in mind, there are very, very minor swirls in some places that I haven't had the chance to correct, so I had a pretty good base to start with.
That's a sweet avatar of Jimmy Page, btw.

Now you got me wanting to use it on my black 300C, mostly minor imperfections that need masked on it. Are you the only owner of the car, no previous owners? That looks great for the age and mileage.

On my Torch Red Avanti I use Griots Garage Carnauba Wax Stick topped with Souveran. That's proves a really great combination on red...a deep, wet and shimmering look.
I just finished detailing it for the international Avanti meet in Gettysburg this weekend. It's looks better than it ever has...I even went further in detailing than I ever said I would...I even crawled underneath and polished the stainless steel muffler. That's so unlike me!

Thanks everyone!
I'm the third owner of the car, it was in pretty good shape when I got it, but the paint still needed some work. It was swirled, but I was able to remove about 95% with a PC and an M105. Since then I've gone off the deep end with detailing and have purchased a griots DA and a makita and more products then I care to admit . I plan on finishing it out properly once I get the time and stop working on the cars of friends and family.
