Default Autogeek.net's shipping...

Today is a day off for me, I had planned on detailing my car today.

I ordered pads, and a few other things Tuesday morning. They called Thursday evening saying one of the pads was out of stock, and asked if I would mind a different kind of pad (an inferior one, imo). I said no, because I didn't want my ordered held up.

It shipped out Friday. It's now Monday, and knowing my UPS driver won't arrive until 7pm tonight.

Confused why it took 2 and half days to ship out "instock items".

I apologize for any shipping delay ... I have emailed your concern to Meghan and Jason to find out what happened and provide help. Normally orders ship out with 24hours of placement whenever possible.

Maybe the back up was from the extended 20%+free ship sale they had going?

It indeed was part of the issue with the delay in shipping that some orders saw during this special pricing event. Please note we dont take this lightly and always try to release all orders as quick as humanly possible. We also value the comments and emails of all our clients and use them constructively to build better customer service.

I really don't understand any problem. The shipping policy is that you should receive the order within 2-7 business days. Did the OP not receive the products within this time table?

I live in Rhode Island, and in the past with deliveries from Autogeek I find the truck stops in every state on the East Coast and would never expect to see a delivery be less than 7 business days.

But I read the shipping policy so I plan ahead.

I live in Kentucky with the ups main hub 30 min away. In my instance it wasn't 7 days due to shipping. It took that long due to handling
