I apply with a small cotton cloth and that's it.
No wiping.
Definitely smells like leather.

I've got both Zaino leather products. The spray cleaner says to use a brush. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I read about using a brush too but since I didn't have one I just sprayed on and wiped off. As far as the scent goes, after driving to work last Monday I noticed the scent all day at work. It penetrated my shirt. So maybe you have a cold or a sinus condition but the stuff smells GREAT.

I'm trying to figure out a way to substitute this for my wife’s cologne.

If using a brush with the Z-9, I would prefer to use a clean horse hair shoe brush to get in the cracks and then wipe clean with a white cotton cloth (it being white you will see the dirt you are removing)

Them immediately wipe on the Z-10 with your hands, cloth, or a sponge and wipe the Z-10 into the leather until you can not see the white of the cream any longer and walk away, you are done, it will soak in the leather. Put in the sun to heat up the leather for a better result after applying the Z-10.

Z-10 to me smells like a leather bomber jacket.

If you feel that the seats are a bit too dirty then use the brush. You will be surprised how clean the seats will become. For touchup's I just spray the cleaner on and work it in with my hands then wipe with a soft cloth.

I apply it sparingly with my fingertips. I don't feel like I'm just losing it into a rag that way.
