Zanio question
I picked up Z-2 PRO,Z-5 PRO,Z-6, and Z-7 last week at a great price. I also got a Riccardo Blue Detailing Clay Bar. I always wanted to try out Zanio but never did due to the fact that it wasn't readily available here.
My question is, other then the applicator pads and microfiber towels, do I need anything else to detail the exterior of my cars?
Also, how long should I let each coat dry for?
thanks

You're good with what you have. Temperature will determine dry time. If it's cool out it could take 30 minutes or more. Run your finger across the paint and see if it comes off clean. If not wait a little longer. It should come off easy. If you're wiping hard to remove it then let it dry longer.

You may be thinking of people doing multiple coats. If you do multiple coats you have to do one of two things
1) let the coats cure (after wiping it off) for 24 hours or
2) use the ZFX additive
ZFX speeds up the cure time so you can do up to three coats in a row if you want.
There are a lot of misconceptions about Zaino. It's no more difficult to use than any other product out there. If you want to only do one coat like you would a wax you just wipe it on and wipe it off after it is dry.

You also need either Z-AIO or ZFX. They are catalyst which are required and really make the Z-2 and Z-5 work. By not using a catalyst your not getting the full effect of the polish. I personally like Z-AIO. Seems to make a big difference in my paint when followed up by 2 or 5.

The place where I got the Zanio didn't have the Z-AIO or ZFX. Is there any substitute I can use? Or should I just order it off Zanio's website?
