Default Nanoskin Mitt for windshield

Can this mitt be used for the windshield? I can't remember but a person told me to use the mitt with some kind of spray? which would be better than RainX to repel the water and it won't leave smear marks like Rain X does.

The mitt should be used with a detailer spray.

I have used the Klasse AIO on the windshield with good results. RainX sucks.

Any high quality car wax will do the same thing that RainX does without the smearing.

http://www.autogeek.net/auto-glass-coating.html

The newer glass coatings far exceed what Rain-X does ... if you are looking for something cheaper, then look to Aquapel.

Will it have the same effects you see the water bead way in the wind?

So in this case you need to use two products? It's pricey... doe s Aquapel require use of another product also?

before using any window product you should properly clean and polish the glass, especially if contaminants and water etching is present. You then use the glass sealant , or Aquapel in order to seal the glass. With these products you won't get the smearing and window wiper chatter often associated with Rain-X type products.
