I made some detail spray with my Wolfgang waterless wash and it really popped. It actually looked better the day after I used the product. I used the Wolfgang on my DD truck that hadn't been washed in a few months and was also very impressed. I wanted to put some protection on the paint so I bought the Lucas quick spray wax and gave it a try. I was blown away with how good it looked for $11.

I just bought a gallon of Wolfgang Uber Rinseless that I'm going to mix up into detail spray and give a shot.
I also have some leftover Z8 and some ONR mixed. It's hard to beat the price for detail sprays made from rinseless washes.
I agree with you about the cost....I wouldn't care if a detail spray cost $20.00 a bottle if I was only using it on a rarely driven car like my Vette. But for the other 6 full sized daily driven SUV's, car and pickup truck with camper shell I have to keep clean, mixing my own "detail spray" using rinseless car wash solutions works great and keeps the costs to nearly nothing per bottle. So far, the most impressive product I've used from a shine prospective is the Uber Rinseless wash.
i was really surprised and pleased first time i used the uber rinseless wash . i don't remember anything leaving that nice a shine although i really like zaino z8 . . peace

Moonshine products. They are a small company located here in AZ and their detail spray works better, faster, with a better "finish" feel than any of the others i have tried. Well worth the money http://www.moonshinestore.com/
Wizards Mist n Shine. None of the internet wax geek sites carry it so it's not widely known, but it's the best I've ever used. I have about a dozen different brands from cheap to expensive, but stopped trying anything else after finding this stuff. Nothing works like it, in the sun, in the shade, over a wax, over a coating, over sealant, even by itself... Try a bottle, you won't be disappointed.
I use plastic restorers for the inside of my car. I dont really have a favourite one. Just order them from amazon. Here you can see some of those I used. Liked it, they make my car look as good as new.
I've been doing some reading about Kenotek Showroom Shine and I'm very intrigued by the comments about this product being effective at repelling dust, pollen, etc. I just bought a brand new '17 Torch Red Z06 and had it professionally detailed before I took it home so I want the best quick detailer on the market to keep the paint looking perfect. Price is not an object(I just dropped $90k on a car so worrying about a few bucks difference between detailers is rather silly).
I've researched the following detail sprays: 303 Automotive Speed Detailer, Moonshine 007 Detail Spray, Meguiars Ultimate Quik Detailer, Griots Garage Speed Shine Detailer, Dodo Juice Red Mist Tropical Protection Detailer, Wolfgang Instant Detail Spritz and Menzerna/Jescar Paint Refresh Professional Grade Detail Spray. Are any on that list I've compiled equal to or better than the Kenotek at repelling dust and pollen as well as providing the ultimate shine on a red car? Any comments or input would be greatly appreciated.
I didn't see Adam's listed as one of your possible choices. That is all I am going to be using on mine. They have every detailing product you could need....pricing isn't bad and they are absolutely great to deal with.
I forgot Adam's and I also forgot Wizards Mist N' Shine and Surf City Garage 943 SCG Professional Polymer Detail Spray. So that's 15 different products to choose from. I know at the end of the day they're all quick detailers and there probably isn't going to be a "huge" difference between them, but I want the absolute best so hopefully I'll be able to pare down the list a little bit before going completely insane trying to pick one.

OK, I'm eliminating Chemical Guys Speed Wipe, Poorboy's World Quick Detailer, BLACKFIRE Wet Diamond Polymer Spray and Pinnacle Crystal Mist(only because it has a carnuba wax in it which I don't need in a detailer) so I'm down to 11 instead of 15.

I can't believe what some if you go thru.... Go to Walmart and get a bottle of Protect All. I found some jumbo micro fiber towels to use. That's all I use them for. Spray, wipe and buff with another towel. It takes me maybe 15 mins to wipe my car down. I use it on my Cadillac also.

On the the detail sprays. I think I lost count of all I have tried/used. I've been using Kenotek on the vehicles I service for 2 years now,as well as my personal vehicles. No spray or coating will eliminate pollen. The best you can do is 2 fold. Count down on the accumulated quantity and ease removal. This is where the Kenotek does a pretty good job. It will cut down on the static and makes releasing the pollen from the surface easy while leaving a nice slick surface. A bottle goes a long way. It applies and removes with ease-even in direct sun if you just have to wipe it down. I have matte vinyl on my car and after 2 years -it looks great.No smearing or discoloration.
The best? don't believe there is such a thing. What there is out there amounts to a collection of very good products. I suggest you add Kenotek to your arsenal
Protect All is a cleaner, has bit of carnuba wax and uv protection. Very gentle to the finish. Photo of my 1983 Monte Carlo SS with the original paint shortly after I washed the car and wiped a few water spots off with Protect All.
My Cadillac ATS has optional Red Tincoat paint... $900 option so I am very careful of what I use to clean it.
