Default 3M Imperial Hand Glaze

I've heard and read good reviews about this product. Any truth to it.

It's decent. Was used alot years ago after buffing lacquer paint. I haven't used
it in years.

Glazes were quite popular in the past, just remember they don't typically offer any protection so the lifespan can be quite limited. They are a filling product for those that don't want to polish paint and others want to amp up the wetness look. 3M and Megs are often suggested, so both products have their following.

It should be noted that sealants don't always adhere well to glazes, likely due to the fillers and possible oil content. There are some newer glazes that are available for sealant users as desired also.

Thanks for the info. I had ordered some from Autogeek.Great customer service I might add. Used it on my black 76 Vette I painted a year ago. The hand glaze worked out great. Gave the the car a real deep shine.

I used to put in on cars after their final buff when I worked in a body shop years ago.
The stuff has its uses.

Read instructions and follow them, do not let it dry. On and off wet in small areas at a time.

Wax over the top of it, its a great glosser.
