I notice you just don't spray on and leave. You must spread it like ZCS. How does it compare to ZCS then?

I said wipe on, walk away. Not just spray and leave (like a cat)

I like it better than z-cs. IMHO this has a better look to it. And in my experience it lasts a little longer. This doesn't look "sterile" like z-cs or other sealants. It has wax like "jetting" to the appearance.

Do you use any additional products to the sealant?

There are indeed now several WOWA sealants available. We have one in our Blackfire and Wolfgang lines. Optimum and Ultima also offer them. Once you get good at applying them thin, you will see only very light buffing for any high spots. The gloss level in Blackfire is incredible !

Nothing was on the truck when the pic was taken except for BFCS.

So is this a one step product or it can be? Or is it suppose to be used with a polish or some other kind of product?

It was polished, then bfcs applied. To me it was a life saver. Truck had a lot of real estate and I was beat.

You can find the Blackfire Crystal Seal, Optimum Opti-seal, and Wolfgang Liquid Seal.

Another plus for the Corvette is there isn't much too polish like some cars, trucks and SUV's. Alot less to do.

Will there be any problem applying these sealants over a car that has gone through the Zaino process for over 10 years?

I doubt it ... you can always try a small spot as desired, but it should not have any effect. If you have 10 years of any sealant on your paint, have you thought about polishing or at least paint cleansing to freshen up the finish and start fresh ???

You mean use claybar and start all over again?

Claying the finish is often only needed annually but you can do the Baggie test to be alerted when it's time.

Old waxes and sealants could possibly leave remnants on the paint that are best removed. You really don't need 10 layers of anything.

So you can polish which is abrasive and remove marring or paint cleanse which is a chemical based cleaning to remove any old wax and prep for the new one. It's often a lotion that you wipe on and lightly wipe off.
