Question about Rejex (sealant) over XPEL (Paint protection film)
Hi -
My Z is being built. It will be receiving XPEL Ultimate on most of the car. This is being done at the dealer - They prep the surface and as I mentioned the car will be coming from the truck and then done before I pick it up. I purchased from Macmulkin and they have an outside company that is XPEL certified install the PPF - they do this regularly on most of their cars in varying degrees of coverage for so many CF owners.
My question is when I get home I am going to want to add Rejex or a similar sealant over the PPF - is this safe?
Lastly, anyone have anything they like better than Rejex? Rejex for the price seems great, super friendly/easy to use, and most everyone who uses it says great things and lasts anywhere from 5-6 months to 1 year.

Yes, Rejex or most any wax or sealant is safe over XPEL or any other PPF.
I've used Rejex and probably a dozen or more different products on PPFs over the years, and they all produce essentially the same shine.

Please DO NOT use RejeX over the Xpel. RejeX contains petroleum distillates and will discolor the film.
Get a bottle of Xpel cleaner/protectant from the installer (he should give you a complimentary bottle), go to the Xpel website and order some or check out AutoGeek. They will tell you if a product is safe to use on Xpel.
