Safe Way
What would be a "safe way" to clean up the control arms, upper and lower ball joints, steering knuckle, and tie rod ends. I have only had this 92 C4 for 3 weeks and am trying to clean it up. There is so much accumulated grease and grime on the components with a zerk fitting I would like to clean them up a little before getting out my grease gun. I know to be very careful of chemical selection due to the fiberglass monoleaf transverse spring. Simple Green and water - Dawn and water?? Thanks for your help and advice!
