It definitely won't hurt you to use something else with it, be it a carnuba wax if that's your preference, or a synthetic sealer would be good too.
I'm sure I'll take some flack for saying it, but to me Chadwicks seems to be basically a waterless wash. I read all the terrific reviews and bought some, and really don't think it's anything special. It works ok as a waterless wash, but its crazy expensive compared to virtually anything similar... and contrary to the sales pitch there are many similar products out there.
