Zaino anymore?

My 2017 Z06 had a complete paint correction including wet sanding. It then got 5 coats of Ceramic Pro. I am very happy with this result but it was crazy expensive.
However, for the money I don't think you can beat Zaino.
Had my time not been so tight I would be using Zanio on the new Z.

What type of towels, cotton or microfiber, to apply the polish?

Zaino
I have never been seduced by hype, only results. Zaino provides the consistent superior results that keep me using it. It's ease of use, if you really know how to use the product, also makes it appealing. I can Clear Seal and Z8 an entire car in about 15 minutes. Great shine. Plenty of great products out there, and I've tried them all. Still a Zaino user after many years.

I also do Ceramic Pro at my shop. Out of all the Ceramics I have dealt with, this one stands out way over and above the rest, it is simply an impressive product.
Had a Lexus SUV go though a nasty rain/snowstorm where they used volcanic sand on the roads, and they brought it in for a wash, and I felt I did not have to do anything. Used Eco Green Auto Clean Waterless Car Wash and got zero dirt on the towels I used.
My C6 went through the same situation several years ago with no Ceramic Pro on it, and it was a filthy mess.

Arnie, I'm glad you like it. I always tell people: if you buy Zaino, use it properly and don't like it I will buy it from you. I haven't had to buy any from people I recommended it to.

Yes.. On my '98 C5 for 20 years now, and on my '61 C1 (original factory lacquer) since it was removed from 35 years in storage, 5 years ago.

Are you guys applying the Z2/Z5 by hand or using a DA polisher?

So, after your last layer of Z2, you do a wipe down of Z8 before you move to Clear Seal? I've always gone from my last layer of Z2/Z5 straight to CS, followed by Z8 afterwards. Is there a benefit to the wipe down with Z8 between that last Z2/Z5 layer and CS?

I have multiple coats of Zaino on my car now. Unfortunately I also have some scratches that need to be corrected. I hate to start the process all over again. Any tips. Just bought some AIO but not sure it be aggressive enough.

Just my opinion.. but Zaino is great for protection and shine.. But you probably need something different to remove scratches. I know AIO has mild abrasives, but I think it's only intended to remove light oxidation, not really cut into the clear... which, unfortunately, you will probably need to do..
But no harm in trying!

See my post 40 earlier in this thread. ZPC Fusion is their most aggressive product for correction. If you are in need of serious correction take a look at the Menzerma line of products.

AIO (after clay bar) is pretty good for VERY light scratches when used with an aggressive pad on the PC.
Unfortunately, there's usually no easy way, and starting over is going to get the best result. Sorry. :-(

Long time Zaino fan here as well (15+ years now), but always up for new tips.
