Default Removing paint splatter

Hello everyone.
1995 coupe that was sitting outside at my brother in laws paint shop and got some paint splatter on the front fender. They never looked after it and 2 years later I took the car and started to use it. I have been fixing items and have it running good now. I just want to get some help with removing the paint and not damage the paint job.
I have tried goof off and some other stuff.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try Goo Gone. You're going to have to let it sit for a bit to work if it's been on there for 2 years. Then clean off and inspect. If that doesn't work try clay bar.

I doubt if either will work after two years but these are the least invasive to your clear coat.

Thanks for the advice. That did the trick. It's all off.
