Excuse my dirty garage. But if you look near the reflection of the garage light, you can see it.

Looks like it could be water spot etching.

Worst case: start of clear coat failure

I used pinnacle paint cleaner on it, and at least for now, I don't see them anymore. Hopefully they stay away
