how do I remove the smell of vomit from a car?

Get a bag of charcoal an spread the bricks throughout the car. (especially around the affected area)
Let it sit in the sun for a day or 2. Longer ig possible.

Works like a charm on almost any odor...

I had an 08 Tahoe, and some critter crawled into the heater core and died. It smelled horrible. We traded it in on a new Acadia Denali.
