Meguiars M205 Ok on Black Rims?
Hey Guys,
My black rims dont seem too shiny and Im seeing some minor scratches and scuffs in the paint so I want to polish them.
Two quick questions.
1) Is it OK to use McGuiars M205 Polish on the rims?
2) What tool should I use? I was thinking about getting that cone shaped sponge you put on the end of a drill - again its just some minor scuffs...thoughts?
Thanks!

Sorry, I just noticed your post. Megs 205 would be fine if you have OEM clear coated wheels. Treat them like the body paint and you should be fine. After correction use a good sealer and your favorite coating for a lasting shine. I would use a 3" polishing pad on an air dual action polisher. If you don't have compressed air then you could use foam polishing pad on an electric drill being careful not to get too aggressive and burn the clear coat.
