Ceramic Pro on Black Vette
I was wondering if anyone has gotten Ceramic Pro on a Black Vette and had the paint correction completed first ?
Did all the swirl marks come out, or was there some left over ?
Thanks

Depends on how bad the car is and how skilled your detailer is. I can get 99% of my black cars in my shop pristeen. The 1% has been to the rotating brush car wash a thousand times. Those can't be fixed without compromising the clear coat. I have also seen black car with so many buffer marks I cringe. Ask your detailer for references. I volunteered my references for anyone that had any doubts.

Thanks, I'm due to pickup my car today after paint correction and multiple layers (4 or 5 I think) of Ceramic pro, but in the sunlight I had a lot of swirl marks and a few deep scratches that show in the sunlight.
Just want to set my expectations before picking it up.
I will post pics once the sun comes out.

I picked up the car today and it looks incredible. Before the paint correction and Ceramic coating there were swirl marks everywhere you looked.
The previous owner must have only used brush car washes to clean it.
Looking at it in the sun today 95% of the swirls are gone.
I am happy.

Never in my life would I think of doing that to mine.

Great looking Vette(s)!
A good detailer can do wonders even if the paint has been abused by swirl-o-matics (otherwise known as automatic car wash - touch).
