Horsepower Sales drag race class/show/dinner set for June 21st challenge date!!
Saturday, June 21st is our first date that we will not be racing. Instead, Roger at Horsepower Sales has opened his doors for us! Then , after that we go eat!!
As our primary sponsor, Roger has decided to host a car show and a drag racing class. The show will begin at 1pm and the class will be at 3pm. Roger and is son Jeremy will be teaching the class and will discuss all there is to know about drag racing. They will talk about car prep, burn outs, staging, bracket racing techniques, and most of all winning!!!
This class is a must for any potentially new challenge drivers. I would also recommend this class to anyone in our group that would like to learn that little edge!
At approximately 5pm, everyone from the show and class is invited to our dinner event. This dinner will be at Gaulppi's in Pompano, which is close to Horsepower Sales. http://www.galuppis.com/ Points will not be given for attendance for any non Moroso race events!!
So, leave the slicks behind! Leave the helmets home! If you wish, leave your race car home! Just come out and spend that already planned time with your group of friends.
All 3 of these events are open to anyone that owns a Corvette or any other GM product.

Yea, but only 1 set because that's all that fits in a Z06 right? Want to borrow my coupe so you have more room??? I am thinking there just might be a golf cart race in the parking lot after a few drinks, lol!!

If you wonder what good instructors can do for you, look at my win this past weekend at Moroso. Roger and Jeremy were my instructors when I first began drag racing about 4 years ago.

Gonna try to make it bro.. I will just be coming back from a business trip in Vegas for a week.. 
I might feel a bit guilty going right out saturday... However, she occasionally goes out with the girls... So if she asks me if I mind she goes out.. I am there in a second..

I'll be bringing my 08 JSB coupe. I think I can fit 3 or 4 sets of clubs in the back. The rear cargo area is huge in the C6! And...I already got permission from the wife to go. But, I don't know if I will be able to go out to dinner. Stephanie has plans for later that night, so I might need to be home to watch Chelsea.
