Wayne was runner up to Dan Fletcher at The IHRA Presidents Cup Nationals in Stock Eliminator yesterday !

He wasn't driving a Corvette but was behind the wheel of his late model LSI Firebird in the B/FIA class running 10.30-.40s all weekend with 90+ heat. In the final the trans failed to shift on the 1-2 or the race would have been tighter. The dials were 10.40 to a 10.44 and their reaction times were within .014 of each other.

Had a little car trouble but finally got it driveable, won class, 1st round of stock eliminator I was .027 on the tree but he was .003, end of race

Heard you guys got rain too, is there a new date? Maybe I'll be able to make the next one if the machine shop gods are smiling on my junk.

We did get rain and will finish the race at Maple Grove....Maybe, Rich has not made the call there yet.

Unfortunately you will not be able to get in as we finished qualify and round 1 of AMI and have one car left in drag radial.
