11.18 @ 122 mph....
took my 2001 Camaro SS to the drag strip today and ran a 11.18 @ 122.89 mph. our track in Tucson resides at 3,075 feet above sea level and the corrected Density Altitude on my run today was 4,017 feet above sea level. according to dragtimes.com this would correct to a 10.77 @ 127.53 mph at sea level
my sixty foot time was only a 1.72 as the slicks in am running are 6 years old and have 50+ passes on them
i am still running the stock 346 CI LS1 bottom end
the 402 CI race motor i got sittin in a crate out back in the hangar should get me a 10.00 @ 130 mph run with a wheelie out of the hole utilizing a transbrake, etc....

Fuzzy Dice runs similar ET, and has tried both styles of staging, so he can probably give you more information

the mods are as follows > Stock LS1 bottom end (346 CI) + heads and cam with a 100 shot of nitrous sprayed in 2nd and 3rd gear. i have a turbo 400 automatic transmission with a 3,000 stall converter (no transbrake). i leave the starting line at 2,000 rpm's off the footbrake. the rear end is a strange 12 bolt with 4.11 gears....

Have you run it up at Firebird or Speedworld ?
That'll knock a tenth or two off because of DA

NICE RUNS!!
Strong H/C car for sure.... Ofcourse the "DA in a bottle" really helps on those 3000+ DA days.... Probably gain 10 mph on a 100 shot in 4000' DA....LOL
Its gonna be real nasty with the big motor...
