I would say that looking at your numbers you need to work on your launch technique. I've never driven a c5 so I really can't give you any pointers on the best way to launch them, but your 60' time seems to be a bit slow. Did you try lowering the tire pressure in the rears?
Looks like one of the fastest stock C5's out there!!!!!
13.40 with a 2.3 60 is super. The 109 MPH is also super.
As a rule of thumb, for every .10 you shave in the 60' you shave .15 in the quarter. It is a rule of thumb but you should be able to get a 2.00 60' which should give you about a 12.8 Corvette.
While this is seen often in 2000 and up hardtops, I don't think it is seen often in a 97 coupe.
Now to work on your launch, lower your tire pressure to about 25 and try different launch techniques. to lower the 60'.
Lowering your tire pressures wont really matter if your running the run flats. the side walls are tough! If your running regular tires, then it will be advantageous.
Speaking of personal experience with the runflats!
I can only hope to do so well on my first outing. This Sunday I will give it a go for the very first time. I will post the numbers unless they are like 15 seconds  .
The only other option not in my sig is new wheels/tires. I am running ZO6 rims with ZO6 size F1 Supercar tires, should be stickier than the runflats. The car is also lowered, cut bushing up front and long bolts in rear. Sounds like I better lower the air pressure a bit?
"Knock on wood" I hope this will be a good exeprience. The only concern is getting a bit addicted to drags, sell the 63', put all $$$ into mods for the C5, etc......
Your car has more in it. Work on the launches, your 60ft looks off, it should be down in the high 1 second range. Just keep practicing and you'll get it. The more practice you get, the more ET you'll knock down.
