Default Tire suggestion

I have an 05 cam and header car M6 with base 19/10 rear wheels. Do you guys have a suggestion of a tire I could use for a little more grip than Super Sports. Probably won't drag race the car too much so not sure if I want to buy wheels and tires just for track. The car makes 450whp. Looked at MT ET Street but not sure how good they are for street.

NT-05R is a good tire, as are the M/Ts.

The new Toyo proxy r888R. 285/35/19. There a track tire and stick with no spin on my c-6 a-6 car. That's on the street and the 1/4 mile. 11.8/121.19 I have nto5R's and I felt unstable with then in corners and when they break traction it's all over. I can run higher pressures with the Proxy's as well without any spin or slide. Surprisingly I have good confidence with these.

I went 11.0s on less power with a hoosier QTP on 16" fbody wheels. Just had to grind on the upright and ball joint a little. You could make 17s clear no issue. M6 car likes a bias ply but you need to run bias fronts as well or it gets a bit sketchy lol If you go drag radial id use MT my NT05R were junk on the street...... good luck op
