I would try to make as many as possible. Made it down to ATCO 4 times and Island once this season.

Doug,
What do you have in mind? Bracket? Index? Pro 8 (all out)?
Mixed modern muscle? LS/LT to keep the car count up?

Obviously a lot of it has to do with what Atco is good with, but basically yes, all LS/LT based cars.

A GM modern muscle would probably draw the highest car count.
That's one thing that I miss out RP over Atco. RP had Sunday racing which was highly competitive and then specialty classes like the Corvette Challenge and Modern Muscle for the average Joe. Atco mostly just has Sunday racing every day.

dont forget guys like my uncle and I with LS/LT swapped older cars. That modern muscle class kicked us out of that class. ALOT of older LS swapped cars out there that could be a part of this class. We should replicate what LSFEST has each year in Kentucky

I agree....I sold my 79 recently as I was very limited as I did not even have a swapped LS1......It sucks to be left out

Car is almost done. I have the current moter that's in the car for sale. The new moter is just about done... we built it for the nmca street outlaw class. But they just changed the rules last week. So we are working hard to get it complete. I will love to run in your local event if my car will fit in...

I think your car will be much faster than most and it will probably take time to get enough people to form an outlaw class so we will probably have to do an index like at the Corvette challenge. 8.50 maybe.

Well guys we have a race series! Atco is leaning more towards index classes than a bracket but this is just the first step discussions. I think doing both like we did at the challenge really worked and got you a lot of seat time. I am going to have a meeting at the track to hash all this out in the near future.

Tentative dates are;
April 20th
May 11th
June 15th
Aug 10th
Sept 21st
Oct 12th
