Sorry, I have not been involved on the forum for quite some time and in the process of moving to Manassas, Virginia.
I am wondering if there are members that drag race here in VA? I am new to the area and I think Summerduck will be the
location to race.
Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
PS, my 85 is now a full blown naturally aspirated small block that ran 9.71 in the 1/4 mile.

You will have a lot of choices within a 1-2 hr. drive from Manassas that have 1/4 and 1/8 programs:

Capitol
MIR
VMP
Richmond
Mason-Dixon
Colonial Beach 1/8 only
Sumerduck 1/8 only

A little further:
Atco
Cecil county
Eastside 1/8 only
Maple Grove

Make plans for at least one trip to Cecil this winter. Cecil is the only track open during the winter, at least it used to be, but the great thing about Cecil is that in the winter, local weather conditions would often generate a density altitude of MINUS 2500 feet. If you're looking to break into the 8's with your current setup, plan a trip to Cecil this winter.

Cecil sounds great but I will have to do it next year. My car is in PGH and I can't do anything till I move.
