Eckler's National Corvette Challenge Race!!!!!
We are pleased to announce the Eckler's National Corvette Challenge!!!!
This race is a must for any year vette owner who has bracket raced!
Feb 21st at Carolina Dragway in Jackson, S.C. for the first annual Eckler's National Corvette Challenge!!
$1500 to win! Plus a pair of Bassani Long Tube Headers!
$750 R/U Plus a set of Bassani Cat backs!!!
$200 Semis
$75 1/4's
$50 entry with $25 buy-back 1st OR 2nd round (gives you a second chance!!)
Motels near track & camping on the grounds.
We need 100 cars to make this a success everyone! This is your chance to run in a Corvette only brackett race for some real money!!
Footbrake only, no delay box or transbrakes allowed. All year vettes welcome.
Vette car show if we can pull it off as well.
This is usually 60-70 degree days at this time of year for you NJ and Great lakes racers...great trip to escape the cold!!!
ALL have a chance to make history here...beginner or seasoned racer. :cheers: :thumbs:
The Tuner Shootout will be held the following day and we expect several of those competitors to show up early & get some practice running in the Challenge bracket race!!!

I will be there !!!!...this could be a 4 week drag-a-thon for me.. :D ...1st weekend of Feb. is the Orlando Winter Jam with drag racing in Gainsville...then, hopefully the first EFCC event at Bradenton, then this event, finishing off the month with the 3 day Super Chevy Series back at Bradenton.....whew...I love it... :thumbs: ...
Tracy...any chance the track will be open on Friday the 20th for some test n' tune action ?....thanks for setting this up...I expect to see a big bunch of racers from the SMC, the PSP, the Ratpack, the RCG, etc.... :yesnod:

That's a little far for me...
This is only 8 hours or so from central FL!! We can caravan....should have 20 at least from FL I hope! We need to get the word out all over the country. CA racers would have a long haul.... :yesnod: :thumbs:
