Hi What is the difference between Crank 350 and 305 Can I use Crank 305 at 350

Theoretically the same crank. Same 3.48" stroke, same rod and main journal size. The only thing that you have to watch out for is the rear crank flange. The one piece rear main seal engines will have a round rear flange and an older 2 piece rear main seal engine will have a large squared off counterweight on it.

The 305 version is a different balance because of the smaller/lighter pistons.

Default 305 crank

The difference between a 305 & 350 cranks is ,A 305 crank has a series of flats on webs ,so you can tell them by laying a straight edge along them,you cant do this with a 350 crank. Just to confuse everybody apart from that they are lighter,but will fit in a 350 block as they both have the same dimensions,big end and mains and stroke.
