Exhaust mufflers advice

I currently have the borla atak 2 dual mode mufflers (aka with valves). They sound good at WOT and at idle but when cruising when engine has some load at low rpm there is a very deep droning noise, even with valves closed. I think this is because these mufflers were tuned for the sound of vettes that still retain a mostly stock exhaust system upstream.

For reference, my setup currently is:
2" long tubes, an xpipe, and no cats, and car makes some very good power from other mods. All the AFM stuff has been deleted too, which probably was not taken in consideration when Borla designed these mufflers.

So with these parameters being considered, does anyone have suggestion for mufflers that will get rid of the 1500-2000 rpm drone (basically 7th gear in the manual cruising at 70mph)? Should i just swap back to stock NPP mufflers (i don't even remember if these were good at cutting out that low end drone anyway)...

Is anyone out there with a 2650 Magnusson on their ZO6 having a clearance issue with the front pulley? I know the lid is an issue but never heard about the pulley being a problem but seems to be a new development for me all of a sudden. Was not hitting last year but fired her up this year and it's actually hitting the frame of the grill insert on the hood for some reason. I'd be interested to hear if anyone else is having or had this issue and how it was resolved other than an aftermarket hood.

Hi everyone, I am the second owner of a 2019 C7 Z-06 M7. I bought the car with just over 14k miles, in March of 2021, I have put just over 10k more easy miles since the purchase. The vehicle has 24,850 miles. I took it to the dealership for the25k mile routine maintenance check. The dealer rep, recommended that I replace the spark plugs, cabling for the spark plugs, the pully belt for the super charger and also the engine pully belt. The also found a small leak on a hose that they replaced. I also replaced the battery that needed to be replaced. Upon pick up of the car, I had display codes for the Rear Axle, Differential, Stabilitrack, Check Engine Light was on, the traction control light was on too, and the Rev Match no longer works for prolonged periods of time. I took it back to the dealership, and they said they would correct this along with a misfire that was found on bank 2. I went to pick up the vehicle after they called me and again the lights were displayed again, and they stated they were going to get a TAC from GM to help. A month later after noticing on the app that my car was not being moved nor the gas percentage reducing, I picked up my car and took it to a second dealer. This dealer stated that they could not reproduce the codes, and after a few weeks the car was returned to me. The codes were still visible after driving the car about 3 miles. I am now at a 3rd dealership, and they have replaced all the injectors Bank 1 and Bank 2 and stated that the codes have been removed and so has the misfire. I picked up the car today, and once again the codes were visible after a short distance. I have an extended warranty from GM, at this point, I do not know what to do. As the subject states, I am at a loss, and beyond frustrated. This vehicle is not a daily driver, and it has been babied the 5 years I have owned it. This has been going on since December of 2025. Previous to this the car never had any messages on the display.

Thank you in advance.

Hey all, going to get my 16’ Z inspected next month. Last time, my garage had difficulty getting the obd2 plug to communicate properly with their computer. Somehow some water has corroded some of the pins and it needs to filed to get a better contact. Not a big deal imho, Amazon has some small needle files and CRC QD contact cleaner. If I carefully clean and file one at a time do I need to disconnect neg terminal? If so, what will be lost when reconnecting battery? TY

Hey Guys,
I am interested in building my own wooden ramps for my 2015 Z06/Z07 with Stage 3 aero.
I've looked at the old threads on this subject in this forum (some 10 years old), and cannot find concrete information.
Not really interested in buying Race Ramps, nor QuickJacks, nor twin floor jacks.
I've seen the Mike Mercury "lowered C5" version at https://tim-yvonne.com/mikemercury/lowered.htm, but I see no confirmation they would work on my car. The "email" link at that site no longer works, so I can't email MM (aka Tim) to ask him.
As far as I can tell from the Race Ramp website measuring technique, my approach angle needs to be less than 9 degrees. The low spot on my car is not the front wickerbill/splitter, but rather a rubber air dam about 19" in front of the leading edge of the front tire contact patch, sitting only 3" above the pavement.
I see that Mike Mercury DIY "lowered C5" version starts at 7.5 degrees, then kicks up to 12 degrees. Can anyone confirm these would work on my car? Or do you know of other ramp designs that would work?
Thanks!!
