64 fuel injection lines-where did you put them

adding a multi port fuel injection to a 327 and would like to know what tank pump and last where and what lines did you install-really just want to do this one time so all your experience would be greatly appreciated

TMOD shifter - installation questions

Hey folks,

I recently got a TMOD shifter for my C5Z. Also got a used shifter and box to scavenge the box shaft and lower boot / tunnel seal. I now have all the parts I need, but there are a couple of things I'm looking for info on:
1. Is the lower boot / seal supposed to slide over the shifter base? I can't imagine it's possible given the boot opening diameter is the same or slightly smaller than the shifter base diameter. This install video just shows the boot bulging on top at the end, but that just seems wrong:

2. I notice the TMOD box (like the Tick) doesn't have the "fin" underneath that would rest in the slot on the torque tube. It looks like the point of that piece is to give the box support on the left side, so you don't lever against the bolts going into 1st or 2nd. Anyone transferred the fin from a stock box? Any issues running without it? It looks like the box is too short for the fin to drop into the slot even if transferred.

Reprogramming Keys w/o a programmed FOB

Folks, in a bit of an emergency here. Was selling my car this morning (was supposed to anyways) and decided to replace the batteries in both my FOBs. This resulted in both being deprogrammed. I have done this before w/o any real issue and i know where the guides are but cannot get it to work.

When access the vehicle from the trunk with the key the alarm goes off. I have set it off like 4 times and i am sure my neighbors are annoyed. Is that normal? Anyway to avoid it?

I have seen in the instructions to keep any �old� fobs away from the car when rotating the key five times. But none are programmed so is that any fobs?

Is there a like �lock out� period after an unsuccessful programming attempt? The first time I tried I �think� I got the programming cue but by the time I went over and grabbed the fob and got into the car it was gone. And after that rotating the key five times and the screen stayed blank.

Any help would be apppreciated.

Hey everyone! Joined the forum trying to track down my Dad�s old �03 C5. He sold it back in 2016 in Texas, and last I can track, it wound up in Vallejo, CA this year.

My old man hasn�t been doing too hot as of late, and it�s been an absolute dream of mine to try and reunite him with that car to take him for a ride like he used to do for us.

My profile photo is the last picture he has of it from 2004, but specs are: 2003 C5, Gunmetal Gray with 50th anniversary seats, Targa top. Previously owned and titled in Texas, but now owned by someone in Vallejo, CA as of March 2026. If anyone might know the owner, I have the VIN info I can provide.

Any and all help is appreciated! If this is the wrong spot to post please let me know! Thanks!

1973 Removable rear window template -

Hello everybody, I looking for a template for the removable rear window for like a '73, the glass that fits into the metal frame, I need the size of the glass - Mine shattered and my idea is to replace the glass with Lexan or Plexiglass and having the template would be a big help.
Plan B is to replace the entire frame with a plastic replacement attaching the hardware that holds it directly to the plastic.

Hi.

As the title states, I had a rather unfortunate discovery on my C7.

I've done the past few oil changes on the car myself with no issues and I tend to torque it with a torque wrench but set to 25ft-lb. At around 20ft-lb, the torque wrench started to spin super easy and unfortunately the drain plug broke. How unfortunate.

I spent an hour or two extracting the bolt as it was quite difficult but I was able to get it out. However, I noticed at the end of the thread there was this metal spiral hanging out. I just assumed it was from the broken bolt so I decided to pull it out and it was *not* a part of the drain bolt.

I discovered that the previous owner must've inserted had the pan retapped and placed a helicoil in there to retain the OEM M12x1.75 sizing.

Not really sure what my best options are here.

Should I try to place in a new m12x1.75 wire thread in the hole or try a M14x1.5 oversized drain plug.

This is on my built C7 Z51 with an A&A supercharger (side note, been over 30,000km since supercharger install and ZERO issues except this drain plug so).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are The Mounting Studs On The 77-82 Sport Mirrors Metric Thread?

I’m getting ready to install the 77-82 Sport Mirrors on my 73 build.
I ordered the nut set from Corvette Central a couple years ago and today when I went to test fit the mounting nuts onto the sport mirror studs the new nuts were 1/4”-20 thread and the studs appeared to be fine thread.
I grabbed a 1/4”-28 nut and not only was it a bit wobbly on the stud but the thread pitch was also off.
The nut assembly is #8 in the diagram below but I can’t find any reference to the thread size and pitch.
Several vendors sell the nut sets, but they don’t specify the size or thread pitch and I don’t want to end up with a second set of incorrect nuts.

If you know the correct size please let me know.

Convertible Top replacement, HELP NEEDED

I recently took the hardtop off my 1989 convertible, as i had put it on over the winter and never got around to taking it off until now, and unfortunately the plastic rear windshield didn't survive the cold, as it was its first cold winter.

The rear windshield has split straight across from side to side as well as a few vertical cracks and it totally beyond saving. I've been able to find replacement soft tops online but i haven't been able to find any videos or information about what actually goes into installing them.

If anyone has any videos or link that would be great
