Is the Z a 1981? I don't see many nice examples of that generation around anymore. Wish I could find one that nice.

Yeah it's a bit of a rivalry and sadly the Vette normally wins most of the time

I had a 1978 Z28 4-speed and a 1980 Z28 Auto. Your 1979 Z28 has a steering wheel from a Firebird.

Finally got a picture of my Corvette and F-Body together. The 84 Z28 is hiding in the corner because its scared of the Vette.

Yes the steering wheel is from a 1979 Trans Am. I replaced the whole interior and changed it over from being Navy Blue and Silver. They Rope string Camaro Wheel, was just to ugly in my opinion.

My Z is an 1981 not a 1979. It would basically be like your 1980 you mentioned.

Oops.. yeah typo on my part, sorry. The 1979 graphics are different. Your 81 also has a computer controlled carb. My 1980 did not.

I've got a set too..................67 Corvette resto-mod with SRIII chassis and C6 LS7 with T56 6 speed......and a numbers matching DZ302 1969 Z/28
