2002 Firehawk#608 Was born with a 6 speed and no options. Added the chrome Firehawk wheels to replace the painted ones.
Also added FULL polished engine, cam, Incon Twin Turbos.
I bought this car one year old... enjoyed a good part of my youth in it.... sold the twin turbo kit to a guy in Sweden in 2007 and the car with the still polished engine went to a guy in Dallas (I was in Atlanta).... well, it dropped a valve destroyed the block. The car was reborn with an iron block 408/L92 heads/etc and a 250hp Nitrous pill.
I asked the fella to call me when he sold it. I can't reach him and now 2013 I am almost fully sure he sold the car to someone. I'd sure like to get #608 back.

Burning Brakes
Sold my white one that was posted previously in this thread and picked up this 1991 Camaro RS B4C(police package, less then 600 made in 91) . The clearcoat is peeling off the roof, but that's about the only issue.

Here are picts of my IROC-Z28, 1986. It looks stock, but, actually had quite a few modifications. It was quite the 'sleeper.' Because it was hitting 200K miles, I decided it was time for something else. Especially because restoring it would've been cost prohibitive. Since I purchased it, it had engine-exhaust, tranny, suspension and brake upgrades throughout the years. It went from being a LB9 to L98. From 700R4 to BW TC5. This was a FANTASTIC car to drive.
I originally factory ordered this car in Oct. 1985 and was the only owner. It was sold to someone who is presently doing a ground up restoration. I've since moved on and have gotten something more potent from Chevrolet. And I hope to create another 26 years of memories.

Changed oil in the '69 Camaro 3 months ago and noticed an "eyelet" from a snap ring on the magnetized drain plug. Slid a telescoping magnetic pickup tool and found the other pieces of the snap ring. One of the pieces was bent too, so it must have gotten pinched in between something. I wasn't comfortable not pulling the motor and checking to what damage was done. So,we pulled the motor and pulled off the intake and heads. All the snap rings were still on the roller lifters and the roller rockers. Started pulling pistons/connecting rods and found that one of the snap rings that captures the wrist pin on cylinder one was gone and the cylinder was scarred too. I have been wanting to build a new bigger motor,so it sounded like a good opportunity to do so.
We just finished building a 406 and just made a dyno run on the engine dyno. Took a video and snapped some pictures of the graphs.Need to do a little more tuning, but the first couple pulls made 536.8 hp and 500.3 ft.lbs. Picking the motor up tomorrow and installing it this weekend. Hope to have it back on the road in a week or two.
